Chocolate Rawnola Bars

If you love chocolate (and who doesn't, right?) give these Chocolate Rawnola Bars a try (warning: seriously addictive!)

Melt some vegan chocolate chips then drizzle on top before refrigerating for an extra chocolate hit! Here's our recipe:

• 1.5 cups quick oats
• ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
• ¼ cup raw cacao powder
• ¼ cup chia seeds
• ½ tsp himalayan pink sea salt
• ¼ cup natural peanut butter
• ¼ cup melted coconut oil
• ¼ cup  pure maple syrup

• Blitz everything up in your food processor, press into a greased baking tray, cool in the fridge or freezer and when hardened up, slice into bars.
